Our Luxury line features upcycled archival designer towels from iconic houses such as Gucci, YSL and Hermes, supported by a curation of luxurious vintage towels in collectible MCM designs.
Every towel used to create a Re/lax Remade Luxury hat is extra special – whether it's from heritage, quality, texture or design. These are premium towels, the ones your mum saved for best. Luscious velour, opulent jacquards, tactile geometrics: they are all sensory and visual delights.
Our Classic collection of hats are made with the same craftsmanship and care as our 'Luxury' hats, although utilising towels of a different provenance, resulting in a more accessible price point.
They are each one-of-a-kind, lovingly handmade in Sydney from rare vintage towels sourced in excellent, near-new condition.
Some towels come to us too age-worn for our Classics hats, but still worthy of a second chance. These are our Rescues. They have a different patina than our Classics, more faded and worn in, offering an extra layer of history.
The prices of these hats are more accessible, but all our design and construction integrity remain consistent with our Classic and Designer hats. To keep costs down, we have chosen one style for our Rescues, one size, one thread colour, and they will be posted in a compostable satchel rather than a box. These are all Scout, in a size Medium. Our Rescue hats will be a regular offering led by the towels that cross our path.
