A Re/lax Remade Gift Voucher entitles you to:
1. Monetary credit towards a purchase;
2. Exclusive early viewing of three future releases, to ensure the gift recipient has the chance to secure a hat they love.
Once purchased, the Gift Voucher will be emailed to you in the form of a unique code. Before the next three drops, the Gift Voucher recipient will be emailed a unique link to access the new collection for 24 hours before general release. The unique code can then be used at checkout to redeem the monetary value of the voucher.
Our hope is that you will be buying this voucher for someone you love. So Please add the email address of the gift recipient in notes, or email us at hello@relaxremade.com.au. This way, we can put your loved one on the list for exclusive early access for the next three drops.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Voucher terms and conditions comply with Australian Consumer Law. i) Gift Vouchers have a three year expiry window from the date of purchase. ii) Gift Vouchers cannot be topped up with additional value. iii) Gift Vouchers may be used on multiple transactions until depleted. iv) Gift Vouchers may be gifted to a 3rd party. v) Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged either in whole or part for cash, if unused. vi) After completing an initial purchase the residual of a Gift Voucher may be eligible for refund provided that the intent of the Gift Voucher has been fulfilled. vii) Refunds will be handed to the holder of the Gift Voucher being the person who purchased a hat. viii) Removal from the early viewing list after initial use of the Gift Voucher. ix) In the event that a customer believes their Gift Voucher code has been leaked or wrongly in the possession of someone else then email hello@relaxremade.com.au and we will freeze the voucher. We cannot reimburse you for credit used or previously refunded.
Within Australia - free over $300AUD. Below that amount a $10 fee applies.
International postage - free over $600AUD. Below that amount a $20 fee applies.
